“Unconventional Beginnings”Although our nonprofit snowboarding/ski brand is for everyone, our brand also represents those who had or have an unconventional path to the slopes.Most of us didn’t grow up in ski towns so it took some effort on our part to even be here. Some of us were first generation riders who pursued the sport even when our families and neighborhood friends didn’t understand our why. We spent hours in the car, braved harsh winter conditions all just to touch some snow.For this reason all proceeds from our clothing line go to support SSBC’s effort to bring more diversity and inclusion to the sport of snowboarding/skiing. We do this by teaching kids financial literacy while providing opportunities for inner city youth to have access to local ski resorts.From Southside to the slopes we’ve made it.Cheers to unconventional beginnings!
